  • Recommendations for earthworks, plant placements, and more

  • One plan revision based on your feedback and weather observations in the first year 🔄

💼 Site Visit/Consultation: $200 for up to 2 hours Explore options without commitment:

  • Initial consultation and one observation visit (travel charges may apply outside our service areas)

  • Suggestions for feature placements, plant selection, garden design, etc.

  • Cost deductible from broad-scale site design if you proceed

📞 Telephone Consultation: $150 for up to 2 hours Ideal for distant clients or those not yet ready for site visits:

  • Discuss ideas with a designer remotely

  • Especially useful for areas with prohibitive travel costs

💡 Additional Design Time: $100/hour Fine-tune your plan with:​​

  • Revisions to your broad-scale design after the first year

  • Plant recommendations tailored to your soil and sunlight conditions 🌞

  • Customized design of plant guilds, polyculture plantings, and more

  • Assistance with implementing design elements such as plantings or constructions 🌿🏗️

 

Mileage charge applied outside of Pinellas County.

🚜 Professional Installation 

  • Min installation is $1,000. $100,000 is the max for a one acre installation.  Each additional acre is $50,000. $500,000 for 10 acres. $900,000 for 20 acres. $2,000,000 for 50 acres, $3,500,000 for 100 acres, $6,000,000 for 200 acres.
